Shipping Policy

Delivery Service:

We use Royal Mail and Evri to deliver orders from Instinctively Mystical. The preferred service can be selected at checkout.

Delivery Costs:

Delivery costs are the same regardless of order size or weight.

The delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch all orders same day if ordered before 4pm. If ordered after 4pm the order will be disptached next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times are estimates and can vary however all orders are sent on a 2 day tracked service.

Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders:

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at instinctively_mystical@yahoo.com and we will investigate the matter with you.

Damaged Deliveries:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at instinctively_mystical@yahoo.com and provide details of the damage. Photographs may be requested to help us investigate the issue.

Delivery Address:

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Instinctively Mystical cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
